How to participate?

• Sign up now: Participate solo, join an existing team or create your own.
• Personalize your page: Add a photo and a message explaining your commitment.
• Set a goal: Determine how much you want to raise for the cause.
• Involve your friends and family: Encourage them to make a donation and/or join your walk.
• Walk with us: Join us at one of our Walks or roll a few kilometers in support of the cause.
  • Can't make it? Organize your own walk at a distance throughout summer or fall.
    
• Share your experience: Post photos and videos on your networks to inspire other participants!
