Can I wear my headphones while running?

Yes, headphones are permitted. However, you must be able to hear emergency vehicles and be aware of your surroundings.

Is there a first aid team at the event?

Yes, there will be a team available.

Can I bring my drone to film the race?

No, drones or any other such device are prohibited during the event.

Can I bring my dog ​​to the race?

Only guide dogs or therapy animals are permitted on the route and in the Runners' Village . For security reasons, all other animals are prohibited.

Are strollers allowed during the race?

Yes, strollers are allowed on all routes.

Are there locker rooms where I can drop off my personal belongings and change?

The Premium Outlets Montréal washrooms can allow participants to change. However, personal effects can be left at the check-in kiosk in the Runners' Village. 

Where can I see photos of the race?

The photos will be posted on this site, under a tab dedicated to this purpose, as well as on the Facebook page of the Saint-Jérôme Regional Hospital Foundation.

Can someone else pick up my bib for me?

No, because you absolutely must present a form of I.D. to retrieve your bib.

Where should I place my bib?

The bib must absolutely be placed on the front of the jersey.

Can I transfer my bib to someone else?

No, your bib is unique to you and registered in your name. No exchange , transfer or refund is permitted.

Can I use the same bib the following year?

No, each bib is programmed for the current year only. It will not work for the following years.

What happens if I lose my bib?

It is impossible to collect a second bib with a chip. Be sure to keep it in a safe place. 

Is it possible to register for a race on site?

Registration closes seven days before the race. Only the 1 km course - The little runner remains open until 30 minutes before the start. Any other course will not be able to accept registration on the day of the race.

Is there a place where we can check our time?

Yes, by visiting the website which will be provided to you on the day of the race.

Is it possible to change course on the day of the race?

Any request for a course change must be made at least 48 hours before the day of the race.

If I am already registered for another course, can I run with my child in the 1 km?

Yes, if you are already registered in the 5 or 10 km race, you can participate in the 1 km with your child at no additional cost.
