Au Diapason offers free specialized palliative care and psychological and spiritual support to terminally ill patients and their families with respect, dignity and compassion.  Au Diapason serves the territories of Brome-Missisquoi and Haute-Yamaska.

Au Diapason is an essential mission carried out by three entities :

La Maison is a place where living fully at the end of life is possible: sharing meals with family, walking in nature, and savoring every precious moment with loved ones. Those admitted benefit from specialized medical and nursing care as well as professional and voluntary support.

L'équipe d'accompagnement is there for people faced with illness, end of life and bereavement. Through its Big Hearts volunteers and its professionals, L’Équipe offers a variety of support services: at La Maison Au Diapason, in the two hospital centers in the region, as well as to bereaved people. Beyond support services, L’Équipe leads awareness and outreach efforts with its training activities and coffee chats.

La Fondation have the mission to provide for the financial needs of L’Équipe d’accompagnement Au Diapason and La Maison Au Diapason. Fundraising activities, such as La Marche Au Diapason, are essential to achieving its ambitious annual goal of $1,000,000.

Together, the teams from La Maison, L'équipe d'accompagnement and La fondation carry out the mission of Au Diapason in a spirit of collaboration and mutual aid which is the strength of Au Diapason.
