Rules - The Derby

 

  • Each team must include 6 to 8 mixed athletes.

  • Each team commits to raising a minimum of $500 per participant to ensure its participation. A goal of $6,500 per team and $1,000 per participant is proposed.

  • If a team has not raised the required minimum of $500 per participant, it will be contacted by the organization to remit the missing balance.

  • The company can pay the total registration fees and/or make the full donation for its team.

  • The competition will consist of 3 workouts, which will take place at the end of the work day, over three-hours 5h to 8h.

  • Workouts are designed with broadly accessible movements. 

  • Participants’ safety is our paramount priority. We take your safety seriously!

  • There will be NO technical movements such as heavy lifting, gymnastics, or advanced technical athletics. A baseline level of fitness is required.

  • The event will take place on May 22, 2025.
