WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
Founded in 1980, the Foundation still bears its original name, which is that of the hospital. Today, she mobilizes the community to support all the needs of the Laval Integrated Health and Social Services Center (CISSS), including the Cité-de-la-Santé Hospital, the Jewish Hospital of rehabilitation, CLSCs, CHSLDs, the Youth Center and many others.

WHERE DO WE STORE PERSONAL INFORMATION AND TRANSFERS OUTSIDE QUEBEC?
No personal information is transferred outside of Quebec. The Cité de la Santé Foundation uses the services of Prodon software (by the company Logilys) as a database. The information is stored on the secure servers of the CISSS de Laval.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us, both at the time of transmission and once we have received it. We maintain appropriate physical, technical or administrative safeguards to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse or other unlawful forms of processing of personal information in our possession.
