Ascent of Mount Royal
Join us on September 17!
All participants of Philou's Great Ascent are invited to climb Mount Royal in the company of severely disabled children who frequent Centre Philou and their families. This is a great awareness-raising activity that will enable participants to show their support to these families by helping them roll their child to the summit.
Here are all the details you need to know in anticipation of this activity:
Departure :
When: Sunday, September 17*. You are expected to arrive starting at 9:15 a.m.
Where: at the bottom of the Sir George-Étienne Cartier monument.
* In case of rain, the climb will be postponed to Sunday, September 24. In this case, we will notify you of the postponement by 4:00 p.m. on September 16 at the latest.
Itinerary :
Departure: 10:00 a.m.
Route: Chemin Olmsted - wheelchair accessible
Pairing: each participant will be paired with a family to help them wheel their child to the summit.
