Please note that this is a donation form and not a registration form for the activities of the organization. No refund will be possible once the transaction is finalized.

Any donation of $25 or more will allow the federation to benefit from matching funds from the Placements Sports & Loisirs' program. For example, a donation of $100 will be worth $500 to the federation.

I acknowledge that this donation will not bring me any benefit or benefit any member of my family or anyone related to me under the tax laws, directly or indirectly.

According to the interpretations of the of the Income Tax Law about eligible donations, this contribution is made unconditionally and willingly. I confirm that, as donor, no advantage will return to me or to a person who is bound to me in the eyes of the law.

I am aware that any false or misleading statement made to the tax authorities will constitute a legal and criminal liability.

I accept that my donation will be used for the functioning of the federation.
