This is a donation form and not a registration form for the activities of the organization.
No refund will be possible once the transaction is finalized
Under no circumstances the donation cannot be directed to a specific athlete.

An official donation receipt will be issued for any donation of $ 25 or more.

Any donation of $25 or more will allow the federation to benefit from matching funds from the Placements Sports & Loisirs' program.

Donation amount

According to the interpretations of the of the Income Tax Law about eligible donations, I confirm that this donation is not binding; nor will it reduce, directly or indirectly, any obligation that I (or any related parties) may have for training expenses, program expenses, travel expenses, or other similar expenses with the recipient sporting organization or any of its affiliated organizations
I am aware that any false or misleading statement made to the tax authorities will constitute a legal and criminal liability.
I accept that my donation is used for the general operations of the federation.

I understand that SPORTSQUÉBEC will communicate my personal information to the relevant affiliate organization and, if necessary, to its insurers and professional advisors who need access to it to provide operational or support services on its behalf.
