I acknowledge that this donation will not bring me any benefit or benefit any member of my family, or anyone related to me under the tax laws, directly or indirectly. I accept that my donation will be used for the functioning of the federation.
According to the interpretations of the of the Income Tax Law about eligible donations, this contribution is made unconditionally and willingly. I confirm that, as donor, no advantage will return to me or to a person who is bound to me in the eyes of the law.

Furthermore, I confirm that this donation is not binding; nor will it reduce, directly or indirectly, any obligation that I (or any related parties) may have for training expenses, program expenses, travel expenses, or other similar expenses with the recipient sporting organization or any of its affiliated organizations

I am aware that any false or misleading statement made to the tax authorities will constitute a legal and criminal liability.
