Please note that this is a donation form and not a registration form for the activities of the organization. No refund will be possible once the transaction is finalized.

Any donation of $25 or more will also allow Cheval Québec to receive an additional contribution from the Government of Quebec as provided by the Placements Sports & Loisirs' program. For example, a donation of $100 will be worth $320 to the federation.

   

I acknowledge that this donation will not bring me any benefit or benefit any member of my family or anyone related to me under the tax laws, directly or indirectly. I accept that my donation will be used for the functioning of the federation.
