Next May, I will be participating in The Derby by Let's Bond competition. Because we all have someone close to us who suffers from anxiety, depression, or another mental health issue, I decided to participate in this event, which will donate all donations to the Jeunes en Tête Foundation, the Douglas Institute Foundation, and Maison Up!

By donating to the Jeunes en Tête Foundation, you are supporting Solidaires pour la santé mentale programs and a network of community organizations dedicated to youth across Quebec.

The Douglas Foundation uses its funds for the development of the Douglas Institute, which supports patients and their environment, research in neuroscience and mental illness, as well as education and awareness.

By supporting Maison UP, you are contributing to the better social reintegration of people who have suffered from mental health disorders by offering them rewarding opportunities in many aspects of their lives.
