HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
Participants are responsible for making their own individual reservations. For that purpose, please call the Brookstreet Hotel Reservations Centre at 1-888-826-2220 or email them at reservations@brookstreet.com or visit their Website. You must identify yourself as being with the group “202510CIAJ” and reserve before October 27th, 2025, in order to qualify for the group rate. Reservations received after that date will only be confirmed on a space and rate availability basis.

MEMBERSHIP:
The membership fee is recoverable by federally-appointed judges under S. 27(1) of the Judges Act. It may also be possible for provincially-appointed judges and others to be reimbursed through professional allowances from their organizations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• Payment in full of the registration fee is due before the Event. Should a registrant have an outstanding balance, a credit card will be requested at the Event before the beginning of the program.
• Inability to attend may result in a registration being transferred to a colleague of the same organization up to 7 days before the Event. The request must be made in writing.
• Cancellation incurs processing fees as follows: $100 for cancellations 30 days or more before the event and 50% of the registration fee for cancellations 7 days or more before the event. No refund will be extended for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
